FAQ's

WHAT IS PAINTING WITH PAPER?

First exploring figurative form before expanding across diverse subjects, the practice builds each composition through systematic layering of paper and acrylic. By reimagining ephemeral print media into enduring compositions, the work transforms transient imagery into a study of lived resilience.

GICLEÉ PRINT

Giclée (zhee-klay) fine art prints begin with a high-resolution digital capture of the original artwork. Printed using pigment-based archival inks on museum-quality paper or canvas, a giclée delivers exceptional color accuracy, detail, and longevity compared to standard commercial prints.

Each print is hand-signed, titled, and dated in pencil on the front or back and includes a certificate of authenticity. Prints are shipped unframed, backed by heavy archival matboard inside a protective acid-free sleeve or archival tissue, and flat-packed in a rigid mailer or box.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK

An original is a one-of-a-kind artwork created entirely by hand.

Each original piece is signed, titled, and dated on the reverse side and accompanied by a wax-stamped certificate of authenticity. Originals are professionally packed using archival materials and custom-crated or boxed according to dimensions to ensure absolute protection during transit.

SIZING & SCALE

To visualize how an original painting or giclée print will look in your space, try outlining the exact dimensions on your wall using blue or green painter's tape. This allows you to check scale without risking damage to wall surfaces.

All prints are offered in several standard sizes. Custom dimensions are available by inquiry.
